Capichera was the first to recognize the potential of this grape variety, elevating it to exceptional quality standards and making it known far beyond the island’s borders.

The experience begins with a guided tour of the vineyards, where an expert will lead visitors through the world of local viticulture, illustrating the cultivation and winemaking techniques that make these wines unique. This is followed by a tasting session in a truly evocative and distinctive setting: a panoramic terrace surrounded by centuries-old oak trees and myrtle plants, where the wines will be paired with typical local products.
