The culinary experience at 7Pines Resort Sardinia is led by Pasquale D'Ambrosio, an Italian chef with several experiences in Italy's most prestigious hotels, including Chateaux Monfort in Milan and Evetia Bristol in Florence. His menu recounts a Mediterranean cuisine interwoven with the scents of the island's gastronomic tradition, in which the use of local raw materials and cooking techniques that preserve freshness, taste and quality prevails. Among his most famous dishes there are: red mullet, filindeu, aubergine and almond pesto, mastic mayonnaise, marine herbaceous powder, homemade spaghetti, clams, Piennolo tomato, smoked almond oil and suckling pig with tuna sauce.
